Returns Policy


Should the item(s) when you receive not be suitable for whatever reason or you simply change your mind, you have 14 days to return it to us for a credit providing the item is unworn. This will only apply to apparel items as all jewellery is made to order. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Email our customer service team at orders@mialia.co.uk with your order number. All credit notes will exclude the original postage cost unless the item is faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in and also in the original packaging you received it in and returned to us with a returns code issued by us within 14 days.

Under no circumstances are we able to accept the return of earrings in compliance with current Health and Hygiene regulations. We also are unable to except returns on any of our personalised or made to order items unless faulty. This includes all our hand stamped items and holistic care kits.


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Please note jewellery is guaranteed for a period of 1 month from the date of receipt.

RETURNS ON BESPOKE ITEMS
Our jewellery is hand made in our workshop and we are very happy to adjust the lengths of our necklaces and bracelets where appropriate if requested. We also offer bespoke ring sizes - please see our ring size guide for more information. Please be aware that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any bespoke pieces, bespoke size or adjusted item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original purchasing card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If you prefer to have a credit voucher with us then please notify us when requesting a return and we will process this accordingly.

Please Note:

- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on earrings (or any other pierced jewellery).
- We are unable to offer refunds on made to order items.
- Apparel items must be returned unworn and in good and saleable condition.
- We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
- Mia Lia does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Packages without a RETURNS number will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Mia Lia.
- Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.

Mia Lia does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
You can choose to have an exchange or credit note if the items you have ordered are unsuitable. You must inform us within 14 days of receipt. Email our customer service team at orders@mialia.co.uk with your order number. All exchanges or credit notes will exclude the original postage cost. Please send your item to: 58 South Way London GB CR0 8RP.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 58 South Way, Surrey, CR0 8RP UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
